How long will it take to receive my order?
 
bows - all orders are processed immediately i will try get your bows made up and posted within 1-3 days however this may increase to 7-14 days during busy periods 

socks - as our bows i will usually get these made up In 1-3 days  however this may increase to 7-14 days during busy periods 

Clothes - due to high demands i have a 1-3 week turn around for clothing please know i am working hard to bring this forward 

Bows & Clothes - if you are ordering bows & clothes together depending on processing time and your order  i may send your order in 2 separate orders where you will receive your bows first then your clothes or vice/versa at our expense with postage typically expect your order in 1-3 weeks 

personalised white gem bows - as I do not order your initial until payment is completed these have a 1-2 week turn around 

Can I return my order?

Yes of course we offer a 100 % money-back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged.  you have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund.
Please include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and you have decided you no longer want it please contact me as soon as possible and I will try my best to cancel it.
if your order has already been posted you will have to return the parcel at your own expense and I will refund you once I have received the parcel.
